The Level 2 Mi Home Buyer Survey is suitable for more modern properties and where less detail and advice is required. Purpose built flats and conversions are also covered, including the common areas such as entrances, staircases, fire precautions etc. No matter which, the home buyer survey will identify the precise condition of the property and could help you to negotiate a better price in respect of any defects found. If the faults are serious then they could be undertaken before you move into your new home.
